How does the project commissioning process work?
We begin with creative discovery to understand your narrative goals, visual references, and timeline. Once the project scope is defined, we provide a milestone roadmap and start production upon deposit confirmation.
What file formats and master deliverables are provided?
We deliver industry-standard masters including ProRes 422 HQ / 4444, uncompressed master audio (24-bit 48kHz WAV), Rec.709 / HDR video files, web-optimized MP4 deliverables, and multi-format vertical crops for social platforms.
What is the revision policy for commercial work?
Standard project agreements include up to two rounds of consolidated revisions at each milestone (rough cut, fine cut, and final color/mastering) to ensure the project stays on schedule and aligned with the creative vision.
What are the turnaround times for video and VFX projects?
Turnaround depends on project complexity. Commercial video edits typically take 3 to 7 business days, while comprehensive 3D animation, photorealistic VFX, or full music scoring projects range from 2 to 4 weeks.
Studio Policies & Licensing
Commercial Rights & Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, full commercial usage rights for the agreed distribution scope are transferred to the client. Studio Srabon retains the right to display non-confidential project excerpts in studio reels, portfolios, and exhibitions.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements
We strictly respect client confidentiality. All unreleased scripts, rough footage, proprietary concepts, and music masters are safeguarded under NDA until official public release.
Master Archival & Project Storage
Final masters and raw project files are stored on redundant local and cloud backups for a minimum of 90 days post-delivery. Extended archival services are available upon request.
Payment & Deposit Structure
Projects are typically scheduled with a 50% initial production deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and client approval of the final un-watermarked high-resolution master.
